Tiffany Derry opened Roots Southern Table in June of 2021, and she is discovering the full realm of Southern cuisines. Dishes like gumbo, anchovy and mozzarella-stuffed squash blossoms, and jerk-spiced lamb chops are served at Roots. Derry has truly changed the Southern food stereotype with her magnificent food.
