Chef Tiffany Derry - a television host, and food and social justice advocate - innovates fried chicken in her local restaurants Roots Southern Table and Roots Chicken Shak. But Derry did not just learn her skills from culinary school, rather it was her family who drove her to, not only be a top chef, but a female leader.
